Customer care
At MM Carpentry, we are committed to providing a responsive and professional aftercare service. Should any customer care issues arise, we aim to acknowledge and assess all reported concerns within 7–14 days of notification.
Our dedicated Project Manager oversees all customer care matters, acting as the primary point of contact between the client, contractor, and any relevant stakeholders. This ensures issues are resolved efficiently, professionally, and with minimal disruption, maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect.
Quality control
As a family-run business, we believe our team is an extension of our family. We foster a culture built on professionalism, teamwork, and pride in delivering quality workmanship right the first time, while maintaining efficiency throughout every project.

Where required, all works are supported by comprehensive Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), ensuring activities are carried out safely and in accordance with current legislation and industry best practice.
We work alongside a dedicated Health & Safety consultancy, providing expert guidance, training, and support tailored to the specific requirements of our projects. Their services include advice on COSHH assessments, risk management, method statements, and regular site audits to help maintain the highest standards of compliance.
